Aramid Fiber
Aramid fiber, as a new high-tech synthetic fiber, with the excellent properties at high strength, high modulus, heat resistant, acid and alkali resistant, light-weight and etc. The strength of aramid fiber is 5 to 6 times higher than steel wire but the weight is only 1/5 of steel wire. The modulus is 2 to 3 times that of the steel wire or glass fiber, toughness is 2 times that of steel wire. At 560 degrees, it doesn't decompose and melt. It has good heat resistance performance and anti-aging properties and has a long-life cycle. The emergence of aramid is considered to be a very important historical process in the material industry.

Good mechanical properties: It's a kind of flexible polymer, the breaking strength is higher than ordinary polyester, cotton, nylon, etc., larger elongation, soft feel, good spinnability, can be produced into staple fibers and filaments at different sizes and lengths, then woven into different yarn woven fabric, non-woven fabric by textile machinery, after finishing, to meet the requirements of different fields of protective clothing.
Excellent flame retardant, heat resistance: This fiber is highly heat-resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees. This makes it a outstanding desire to be used in applications such as aerospace, automotive, and protection industries where high temperatures are common.
Stable chemical properties: Aramid has excellent resistance to most chemical substances, can withstand most high concentrations of inorganic acids, also good alkali resistance at room temperature.
Lightweight characteristics makes it perfect to be used in packages in which weight is a concern, such as the aircraft and helicopter parts.
